2. Reserve + Pay:
- A Forty-five dollar ($45.00) minimum order is required (not including the delivery fee).
- A $250 deposit is required and fully refundable upon return of all rented equipment. This will be charged at Check Out.
- All fees and deposit are due at the time your reservation is made.
- Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.

3. Arrange delivery:
- Please fill out our Delivery/Pickup Form
- All deliveries are made between 10:00am - 3:00pm, unless otherwise specified.
- We can accommodate special delivery requests (location and/or times) on a case-by-case basis, based upon our schedule.
- Delivery fee is $35 for the following locations: Bozeman and Belgrade.
- Delivery fee is $135 for the following locations: Big Sky.
- An additional $15 fee will apply for same day service.
- These fees will be added to your shopping cart total prior to completing order.

4. Arrange pickup:
- All rental items should be ready for pickup by 10:00am on day of departure unless previous arrangements have been made.
- All rental items need to be ready for pickup at the original delivery location, unless previous arrangements have been made.
